**Terms & Agreement for D'Uranus studio by Martian Backline**

#### 1. **Booking & Cancellations**
- **Booking:** All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system, by phone, or in person. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
- **Cancellations:** Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.

#### 2. **Payment**
- **Rates:** Rates are charged by the hour ( RM140/hour ) with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Payment is due in full before the start of the session.
- **Methods:** We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers, QR ( e-wallet , T&G , Grabpay )

#### 3. **Studio Usage**
- **Equipment:** All equipment provided by the studio must be used with care. Any damage caused by misuse will be charged to the client.
- **Personal Equipment:** Clients may bring their own equipment but are responsible for its setup, operation, and safety.
- **Noise Levels:** Please be mindful of volume levels to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all clients.
- **Prohibited Substances:** No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed in the studio. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

#### 4. **Health & Safety**
- **Cleanliness:** Please keep the studio clean and tidy. We do not provide bins, so please remove any rubbish before leaving.
- **Liability:** The studio is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property that occurs during your session.

#### 5. **Recording & Data Storage**
- **Multi-Angle Camera Recording:** Recordings are provided as part of your session and will be kept for you for 7 days. We do not store or archive recordings beyond this period unless with your consent.
- **Data Loss:** The studio is not liable for any data loss after the deletion of your recording.

#### 6. **Studio Rules**
- **Respectful Behavior:** All clients and guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
- **Children & Pets:** Children under 18 years old and pets are not allowed in the studio unless approved in advance.

#### 7. **Damage & Liability**
- **Damages:** Any damage to studio property caused by the client or their guests will be assessed and charged accordingly.
- **Liability Waiver:** The studio is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the studio.

#### 8. **Termination of Agreement**
- The studio reserves the right to terminate a session or refuse service to anyone who violates these terms and conditions.

#### 9. **Changes to Terms**
- The studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
